What Ironscales does is mailbox-level API protection: authorising through the platform interface, whether that is Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, then working on mail once it has landed. Where this aisle stops

Two lines, and the things neither of them will do for you.

  • Not a mail gateway. What you are buying is mailbox-level API protection, which filters nothing ahead of delivery, alters no MX record, and cannot queue or hold up your mail.
  • Nothing catches everything. The hardest case in email is a carefully composed note from a supplier account that is genuine but no longer in the supplier's hands, and one of those lands sooner or later. That is precisely what the drills are for.
  • Only the mailboxes you enrol. A shared address or a legacy account nobody mentioned is not covered by a line nobody bought for it.
  • Drills are not a pass mark. Results tell you where the coaching should go. They certify nobody, and no page here will present them as compliance.
